Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses

Our dedicated registered and enrolled nurses are highly trained, and passionate and work around the clock to meet our clients’ needs within various healthcare sectors across Perth Metro and Regional areas. Our staff members pursue consistent internal education and training to keep up to date with current evidence-based practice. Our clinical staff provide the following services:

Additionally, our clinical staff must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • A valid first aid and CPR Certificate
  • Manual handling certificate
  • Working with children check
  • A National Police Clearance – must be current and obtained within the last 6 months.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Influenza vaccination 2022
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination

Assistant in Nursing

We take pride in our multi-skilled and highly trained assistants in nursing who offer support and services to various healthcare sectors within the healthcare industry to meet individual needs under the direction of nurses.

Our AINs work side by side with healthcare professionals and are committed to providing high care to our clients. 

 

Our assistant in nursing must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A valid First Aid Certificate
  • A Manual Handling Certificate
  • A National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
  • Influenza vaccination 2022 (Current)
  • Medication Competency Certificate (Beneficial)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Influenza vaccination 2022
  • Covid-19 vaccination (full vaccination)

Occupational Therapist

Our therapists will exercise significant clinical judgment whilst providing quality services to the clients. Using activity analysis, and in consultation with the wider multidisciplinary team, our therapists will assist the clients to maximise their independence and help improve their quality of life through the delivery of therapy services aligned with our core values and strengths of providing warm, personal, and professional care that is tailored to each client’s needs. These will include planning, implementing and delivery of holistic and dynamic therapy and lifestyle programs suited to each individual to promote the resident’s sense of self, autonomy, well-being and overall quality of life by enabling and engaging them in meaningful and purposeful activity. This service delivery will also adhere to government guidelines and professional standards and ethics.

Our Allied Health staff are experienced professionals and their service delivery will include the following:

  • Seating and postural management
  • Training and education
  • Equipment provision
  • Pressure management
  • Environmental redesign
  • Fine and gross motor function
  • Dementia care
  • Health Promotion
  • Advocate for residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes

  • Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration
  • A National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months

  • Current driver’s license and reliable car

 

Cleaner

We provide qualified and experienced staff who use and perform cleaning procedures to set up infection control standards to ensure all areas of clinical settings are clean including clients’ bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.   Our staff are trained in maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness by focusing on maximising safety and minimising health risks. Also included in our services are the storing of cleaning materials as per outlined guidelines and procedures; and the reporting and/or documenting of arising incidents, whether or not a client is involved to the immediate supervisor.

 

Our staff are highly trained and must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Hold a Current National Police Clearance and be an Australian Resident
  • Certificate III or equivalent in cleaning operations
  • Influenza vaccination 2022
  • Covid-19 vaccination (full vaccination)

Laundry Assistants

Our Laundry assistants will be responsible for cleaning, folding, and pressing laundry as needed. They are responsible for ensuring that facilities have clean, sterile laundry, including bed sheets, blankets, hospital garments, and towels. They will perform manual labour and operate machineries and will be responsible for ensuring that laundry needs are met.

 

Our staff are highly trained and must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Hold a Current National Police Clearance
  • Influenza vaccination 2022
  • Covid-19 vaccination (full vaccination)
  • have proven work experience as a laundry attendant or a similar role
